  • A 40 gallon propane-fired hot water tank provides the homes hot water.  The home comes with an attached Heat Pipe solar water heater which could be hooked up.

  • The gray water biocells occupy planters in the living room and master bedroom.  They take water from the tubs and sinks.

  • The toilet is a composting toilet.  The home has been plumbed for a septic system.
